Reiki Master Teacher: I started my personal healing journey in 2002 when I received my Reiki Master Teacher attunements in Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki and Egyptian Heru-Ib Reiki as established by my guide, Dr. Anne DeVore, PH.D., Reiki Master Teacher.

Registered Yoga Instructor: In 2005 I became a Registered Yoga Teacher, guided by Tracy Weber, yoga therapist and owner of Whole Life Yoga.

Licensed Massage Therapist: I graduated from Northwest Academy of Healing Arts in 2014 where I studied Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. In 2015 I became a student of Eric Spivack, owner of Soaring Crane Massage and Acupuncture, where my studies focused on Traditional Thai Massage.

Stone Medicine Practitioner: Stone Medicine has it’s roots in ancient Chinese Mystery School Medicine. I attend classes at Upper Clarity School of Stone Medicine, taught by Sarah Thomas LAc.

Past Life Meditation: I have worked with several patients over the years to unlock the secrets of a soul’s journey through deep guided meditation. I have advanced training and am certified as a Past Life Meditation specialist through studies taught by Mary Lee LeBay, Hypnotherapist.
